Each of our Units are individual 2bedroom apartments that are furnished. The entire unit is 55sqm. Huge area all for yourself or to host a small gathering with your home cooked dishes.
Where we are at, you can take a short jeepey ride or if your up to it, walk to the grocery/department store or to the wet market to get provisions. Or you may just go and get them from our downstairs neighbor’s convenience store.
We are in nestled in a residential subdivision in the suburb in the south side of the city. It’s a very accessible neighborhood. Public transport goes on the main roads that surround us. Malls, Tourist attractions, Schools, Government Offices, Clinics and Hospitals are well within a 6km distance from us.
Our aim is to provide a practical, comfortable, and accessible temporary accommodation for a group or family visiting Cebu. Our value for money rate is the lowest in the service and furnished accommodation category per sqm of area.

It has complete kitchen utensils, electric stove, kalan, water heater, frying pan, rice cooker, refrigerator, dryer rack, hangers, air-conditioned rooms, free wifi, electric fans, parking lot, and water gallons. The place is secured. The owners and staff are very kind and accommodating. This place is near the guard house, jeepneys, bakeshop, carenderia, sari-sari store, 1 minute to a laundry shop, punta merkado, and supermarkets (like Super Metro Mambaling/Shopwise/Gaisano Express). They will also offer you to clean your whole place and change all of your bedsheets, bath towels, blankets, and pillows (which will feel like you’re in a hotel). All in all, this place was superb and highly recommended. Surely we will come back here soon. 💕
